Gail, a Grandmother

This client had multiple generations of family photos that were being stored in numerous locations. Some were in albums, some in boxes, some in envelopes, and some in frames. As a result, the photos usually just stayed in their relative locations, and they weren’t being used. The wonderful result of our organizing was that soon after we got them in order, at an extended family gathering, everyone looked at the album, and the client and her husband told stories about their childhood and early adulthood that their children and grandchildren had never heard.
